Judging Criteria

A record of extraordinary accomplishment in technology, including senior-level contributions to an organization of recognized standing with real impact on the field and the international economy.
Domain expertise deep enough to evaluate work at the highest levels of the profession.
Experience reviewing, selecting, or assessing the work of others — award panels, program committees, peer review, or equivalent.
A reputation for impartial, rigorous judgment and freedom from disqualifying conflicts of interest.

Speaking Criteria

A record of extraordinary accomplishment as a contributor to a significant organization whose work has had real impact on the technology field and the international economy.
